CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jada Williams is a leader, entrepreneur, and devoted mom who is passionate about helping individuals become productive members of society.   In 2017, she resigned from her position as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor to pursue her dreams of owning her own business and becoming an advocate for individuals with disabilities. Today, she is the Founder and CEO of Prestige Workforce, a leading employment agency ensuring that individuals with difficulties have limitless opportunities to pursue their dreams.

“I help my clients by instilling in them the self-confidence they need to face many of life’s obstacles,” says Williams. “I instruct them on how to gain respect for themselves and their work by adding value to the organization and standing firm in their expectation of fair and equitable treatment.”

Her vision is to become the premiere employment provider for individuals with disabilities in Northeast Florida.  Williams’ goal is to partner with local employers to inform them about the advantages of hiring a diverse and qualified workforce. She has successfully placed clients in rewarding careers here locally such as; Naval Station Mayport Morale, Welfare & Recreation, Publix, Brooks Rehabilitation, Animal Care of Ponte Vedra and many others.

Williams is known for the personal and mentoring relationships she builds with each client. “I believe in building lasting therapeutic relationships with my clients and providing a safe and nurturing environment,” says Williams.

Jada relocated to Jacksonville, Fla. from Virginia Beach, Va. in 2015. Her roots are firmly planted in Ailey, Ga., where she grew up in a single parent home with a creative and encouraging mother. After graduating high school, Jada went on to obtain an Early Childhood diploma, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a master’s degree in Human Services Counseling. She is a certified vendor with the state of Florida’s Vocational Rehabilitation program and is a certified Peer Mentor Project Coordinator. She has over eight years of counseling experience working with youth and adult populations with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
